“Sounds of Haiti’ is a short documentary made in 2016, for Fondazione Francesca Rava - NPH Italia, to better understand the conditions of Haiti, its widespread poverty, lack of infrastructure, children malnutrition and because of that its highest young mortality rate. Capital Port-au-Prince's shabby, abandoned ruins, after the earthquake in 2010 which killed over 200.000 habitants, are left to remember there’s still all to do. Fondazione Francesca Rava sustains and support many projects, from pediatric and pediatric surgery programs at the Saint Damien Hospital to the street schools for the homeless children, from the Baby Houses to Fors Lakai, where they’re building new houses in the city of waste Cité Soleil.
